Fundraising for the Historic Ionia Theatre, The Caitlin Cusack Concert will be held at the Ionia Theatre at 7 PM on Thursday, April 30. Ionia's own Caitlin Cusack (IHS Class of 2010) got her start in the choir loft of Saints Peter and Paul, through the programs of IHS Band, Choir, and Theatre, and on the stages of Young Peoples' Theatre and Ionia Community Theatre. She went on to earn a music degree from Grand Valley State University, study with Tony Award–winning teachers in New York City, and collaborate with songwriters from Los Angeles. Her original music is born from a deeply personal journey through brain injury recovery and grief — work that has earned her a WYCE Radio Jammie Award for Best Pop Album and a TEDx Talk. Don't miss her live performance at the Fundraiser Concert for the Ionia Theatre on April 30th, where she'll bring a full band to the stage for an exciting night of original music and familiar favorites.
